Which idea is found in both texts?
答案: A
答案:A
Text 1在农场看到的星星“more than I had ever seen in the city”;Text 2说城市的skyglow“washes out all but the brightest stars”,答案是A。

(Emu in the Sky);Text
Text 1
Grandpa Ray woke me at midnight, and we walked out past the last fence post, where the farmhouse lights couldn't reach. "Now look up," he said. At first I saw only stars, more than I had ever seen in the city, thick as spilled sugar. Then he traced a shape with his finger. It was not made of stars at all, but of the dark patches between them, stretching along the Milky Way: a head, a long neck, a body. "The Emu in the Sky," he said. "Many First Nations peoples have known that shape for thousands of years." I stared until my neck ached. At home, I had never even noticed the Milky Way was there.
Text 2
Over the past century, the night sky above our cities has been growing brighter. Streetlights, floodlit buildings and lit-up signs send light upwards, where it scatters off tiny particles in the air and creates a glow known as skyglow. Skyglow washes out all but the brightest stars, and many people who live in large cities have never seen the Milky Way. The problem is not only one for stargazers. Artificial light can confuse animals such as newly hatched sea turtles, which head for the brighter horizon over the sea to find their way to the water. Some towns are now fitting streetlights with shields that point the light downwards, and dimming lights late at night. These changes save energy as well as bringing back the stars.

How is the purpose of Text 1 different from the purpose of Text 2?
Text 2 says that shielded and dimmed lights are 'bringing back the stars'. Based on Text 1, how would its narrator most likely feel about this?
