Your privacy on SelectiveReady
Your parent or guardian manages the account you use. You can read this page together.
What we save
We save your first name or nickname, school year, practice answers, scores, writing you save and lesson progress. We also use technical information to keep the app working. We do not ask for your birthday, address, school's name or photo. Please leave those out of your writing too.
Why we use it
We show you and your parent how your practice is going. Automatic writing feedback is turned off at the moment, so your writing is not sent to another company for marking. Saved writing stays in the account history.
Companies that help run the app store and process information, sometimes outside Australia. The person running SelectiveReady may look at work to investigate a problem or safety concern. Other students cannot browse your work. We do not use your writing to advertise the service.
Your choices
Tell your parent if something seems wrong or you want help with your information. They can email us to see or fix your information, or to ask us to delete the whole account. Deleting the account removes saved work; some payment and other necessary records stay longer, as the full policy explains.
Account messages go to your parent's account email. We do not show advertising in the student app. If something makes you worried or unsafe, speak with a trusted adult. This app is not an emergency service and is not watched all the time.
Ask your parent to email privacy@selectiveready.com. The full Privacy Policy explains more.
